Woman files $54 million lawsuit against Best Buy for lost laptop. When some basic customer service and $2100 would have satisfied the customer, Best Buy fights and instead gets hit with a $54 million lawsuit. She won’t win of course, but you can bet Best Buy will be out far more than the $2100.
